Roger Morris, Head of Royal Mail Parcels, is an expert in the delivery industry with a career spanning 19 years. Roger currently has responsibility for product management, development and marketing for parcels at Royal Mail, as well as holding responsibility for the development of the Royal Mail retail channel.

Roger was born in Longford, Ireland and grew up in Dublin. He completed his BSc in Dublin and went on to study his MSc at the University of Southampton.

Roger has previously worked in commercial and senior management roles in domestic and international B2B markets, with DHL Express and Cemex, in Brussels, Bonn & Madrid. He currently lives and works in London.

Samuel Mueller is the CEO and co-founder of Scandit and is responsible for overall strategic direction, marketing, sales and business development.

Prior to Scandit, Samuel was a management consultant and project leader for multinational companies such as Swiss Airlines, Swiss Re and IBM as well as a corporate researcher at the renowned IBM Zurich Research Lab. While at IBM, Samuel was awarded an IBM Research Division Award and a total of three IBM Invention Achievement Awards. He has authored numerous patent applications and has published his research results in leading conferences and journals.

Samuel holds a PhD from ETH Zurich and graduated summa cum laude with an MSc in Computer Science and an MA in Financial Economics, both from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.

Paul Johnson-Barnet grew up in Weston-Super-Mare, and began his career with Clarks Shoes. There, he gained experience in time study, production management and world class manufacturing techniques, based at a number of production sites in the south west. In 1994 Paul moved into logistics and for six years worked with Tibbet &Britten, John Menzies and own contract warehousing. In 1999 Paul studied an MBA as Aston University and in 2001 moved into the interim management market, where he worked for 12 years on various Supply chain assignments across Europe, for clients including, NSK, Whittard of Chelsea and The British Library, before returning to the permanent market in 2011 as Supply Chain Director for Hobbycraft. In June 2014 Paul Joined J.Barbour & Son as Global Head of Distribution, with sites distribution sites in the UK, Europe and USA.

After graduating from Wolverhampton University in 2002, Vinesh joined Carphone Warehouse under their retail management programme having been unable to find a suitable role in the Computer Sciences field, what was meant to be a few years turned out to be 10, spanning roles in store / warehouse and head office.
Since May 2005 his career has been all about Returns, initially looking after the online returns for all Carphone warehouse brands, expanding to managing the end to end process for Returns through all sales channels, wholesale and distribution.
In his last 18 months at Carphone Warehouse accountability extended to head up Reverse Logistics for Carphone Warehouse, Phone House, Geek Squad and the Best Buy business - providing a reverse supply chain solution for the whole group, reducing costs and improving the customer experience hand in hand.
Then moved to Tesco in 2013 after taking a 6 month career break, managing Commercial Terms and Financial Planning, ensuring suppliers were signed up to a firm but fair Returns Agreement and the GM Returns team remained on track to deliver a great customer experience whilst trying reduce costs.
Vinesh now works for Sky responsible for the end to end Supply Chain operations of Sky Mobile.

Over this time, Dropship fulfilment significantly evolved and became positioned as a mainstream part of Tesco online.
Prior to joining Tesco, Edward was an Army Officer, retiring as a Major in 2012. Positions have included; Squadron Commander in the Queen’s Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment, within the Defence Supply Chain, Operations and Movements (DSCOM) at the heart of Defence Equipment and Support (DES) and a mix of other roles over 19 years.

Richard has been with Ocado for four and a half years, joining as a Business Development Analyst in 2011 to help build-up the freshly created General Merchandise division. Before joining Ocado Richard was a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman where he focused on the retail and rail industries.
Richard studied Engineering at Trinity College, Cambridge where he achieved a BA and MEng.
